Must Have Competencies for New Hires

UPH Career Center will hold a Career Seminar with the theme "Must Have Competencies for New Hires" in order to equip students for their career path. This Career Seminar will be held on Wednesday 25 October 2023. The Career Center will invite several practitioners and speakers who can provide students with direction to equip students when entering the world of work.  At this event, students will be equipped with the competencies needed in the world of work later. Speakers and practitioners will also provide insight into the future world of work, such as industry expectations regarding the competencies of graduates who will enter the world of work. Students will also be equipped with the professional ethics needed during work, and how to think creatively, innovatively, and critically in solving problems and making decisions.
